You really went above and beyond...

...I mean, barely half of the stuff on Newgrounds can compete with the animation of this "flash", and couple that with a good music score, and a "9"-esque plot, you have yourself a winner.

I don't think the voices are that bad (so-so), and the animation was pretty good. You could have worked on your material, though. For example:
Axl:Say Zero, what's with those gems on your chest?
Zero: I dunno, probably to make me look like a girl...
Axl: Ooh, what's this button do? *presses button on Zero's chest*
*gun barrels shoot out & shoot goo*
Zero: DAMN YOU WILY!!!

That was pretty good suggestion, although this is my least preferred episode in the series anyway, from the written script for the next one it's sounding a lot better and less... Boring.

Definitely a great tribute to a great man. 1 thing to say, you should've done more properties like metroid, but your flash still rocked anyway.
